Why This Site Exists
Hesperia does not keep every record associated with its residents. The San Bernardino County Recorder holds deeds and liens, while the Assessor links parcels with names for assessment purposes. Court matters belong to San Bernardino Superior Court. The Registrar of Voters and California Secretary of State administer voter information under California law. Birth, death, and marriage copies route through the county clerk or state vital-records office. We bring the relevant search tools, office contacts, and access limits together so the correct government source is easier to identify.
Resources Available Here
- Pages by record type: public records, voter registration records, and people directories
- Responsible custodians: the City Clerk, county recorder and assessor, court clerk, elections office, and vital-records agencies
- Practical search steps: how to work with court cases, property names, document indexes, and library collections
- California access rules: what can be inspected, what is restricted, and when a public-records request is the proper route
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference site, not part of the City of Hesperia, San Bernardino County, the State of California, any court, or any records office. That role has firm limits:
- We cannot pull, certify, or change any record on your behalf
- We cannot verify whether a particular person lives in Hesperia
- We cannot remove information from government records or third-party databases
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a record applies to your situation
- We cannot promise that an outside portal, office detail, or record index remains unchanged
Only the custodian office can confirm, certify, or correct a record. Nothing found through this site may be used for credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions.
